Resiliency During Challenging COVID-19 Times - L&OD Recommended Resources

When we are challenged by difficult and uncertain times, we find our way forward by focusing on those actions most closely aligned with our mission. As part of UCSF’s commitment to address the COVID-19 pandemic, we have cancelled the 2020 Staff Engagement Survey and will launch the full survey again in April 2021.

This should not signal that engagement is no longer a priority for UCSF. Rather it should be seen as a strong indicator that engagement is most critical now. It is clear that what confronts us can only be overcome by an engaged UCSF community. Our years of surveys and action plans have been preparation for this challenge. During this pivotal crisis of a lifetime, our Bay area community, the country and the world look to us as heroes and are counting on us to meet the challenge. Our UCSFwide engagement is being called into action. And as our heroic mission and PRIDE values demand, we are responding to the call.

Supporting this call to action, L&OD is committed to providing a wide variety of consulting, learning and engagement resources tailored specifically for your needs at this time. Additionally, we continue to support efforts aimed at improving engagement where previous surveys have shown we have opportunities.
